- We aggregate records from the Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) systems managed by the Assessor’s offices in 50 cities and towns in 4 Commonwealth counties.
- We present 80 integral elements of information about each record.
- We continuously monitor information from the Assessor’s offices and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Department of Revenue (DOR) to capture any and all changes (building modifications, land splits and joins, assessed values) to the property records.
- After the DOR’s annual approval of each town’s tax rates and within 3 weeks of approval by the Mass DOR, we update our official property valuations.
